Available in indoor or outdoor versions (such as the PRO Outdoor model sized for grills), the standard edition measures approximately 27″ × 18½″ and is made of 3/16″ steel (50% thicker than many competitors). The PRO versions use even heftier 3/8″ steel, offering faster cooking, better heat retention, and quicker recovery when food is added.
Each griddle includes a removable stainless steel drip tray (dishwasher-safe for the indoor model) to collect grease, and features a raised front lip to maintain airflow—preventing soggy food and making cleanup quick and easy with just a swipe or splash of water.
